Private Equity Associate – 1 – 5 PQE

A leading US law firm is hiring for its highly successful and highly esteemed-regarded PE team in London.

The team would love to hear from Corporate Private Equity Associates from the junior to mid level, preferably 1 – 5 PQE.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent experience on high value Private Equity transactions acting for private equity and financial sponsors. You will have been deeply involved in cross-border deals, carve-out transactions and growth equity investments. This stellar team requires technical excellence and candidates will have trained and qualified with a leading law firm and Corporate practice which is recognised for high value PE transactions.
