Private Equity Associate; SEA Focus | Mid-Market Buyout Fund

We are partnering with a leading Southeast Asia-focused mid-market buyout private equity fund to appoint an Associate to join its investment team. The fund invests in control and significant minority positions across high-growth sectors in Southeast Asia.

This role offers end-to-end exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution through to hands-on portfolio value creation.

Key Responsibilities

1) Investment Execution

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across Southeast Asia
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring
• Lead commercial, operational, and financial due diligence workstreams
• Coordinate advisors and manage data rooms
