Private Equity Associate; SEA Focus | Mid-Market Buyout Fund
We are partnering with a leading Southeast Asia-focused mid-market buyout private equity fund to appoint an Associate to join its investment team. The fund invests in control and significant minority positions across high-growth sectors in Southeast Asia.
This role offers end-to-end exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution through to hands-on portfolio value creation.
Key Responsibilities
1) Investment Execution
Evaluate new investment opportunities across Southeast Asia
Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring
Lead commercial, operational, and financial due diligence workstreams
Coordinate advisors and manage data rooms
Prepare Investment Committee materials and investment memoranda
Support deal negotiation and execution processes
