We are partnering with one of Australia’s most respected and diversified ASX-listed organisations to appoint a Senior Associate or Vice President within their high-performing Corporate Development and Internal M&A team, based in Melbourne. With a private equity-style investment mandate and a strong track record of delivering value through strategic transactions, this team plays a critical role in shaping the group’s portfolio and long-term growth strategy.

In this role, you will lead complex workstreams across M&A transactions, strategic investments, and high-value corporate projects.
