Your Tasks

The portfolio management team is responsible for and manages all direct investment activities and the portfolio companies throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to exit. You will expand your practical experience in following tasks:

• Support of the team in M&A processes, from sourcing to closing
• Continuous screening of investment opportunities based on discussions with advisors, bankers and companies
• Market and competitive analysis in selected focus areas
