Private Equity Paralegal Associate H/F

The Private Equity Paralegal Associate will act as a legal support for CA Indosuez (Europe) and attached to the local Private Equity Middle Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal/regulatory (AML/KYC) due diligences on Private Market funds.
Be involved in the subscription process of Private Market funds.
Review Private Markets funds partnership agreements, PPM's and other investment materials.
Participate in the negotiation & drafting of investment documents, including subscription documents, side letters and any other legal/regulatory document applicable to the PE funds under management.
Interact with internal/external legal counsel for alternative investments.
Liaising with internal Compliance and Fund administration teams.
Support the Private Equity team in various legal day-to-day matters and group projects.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in such activities or law firm or as in-house legal counsel, preferably in private markets
