This Birmingham-based role (with minimal office attendance) is part of a planned expansion into the region, with multiple hires to build out a brand-new Family offering. You won’t be walking into an established structure, you’ll be part of shaping it, with strong backing from an already successful national team.

From day one, the focus is clear: convert incoming enquiries into work and run a high-quality privately funded caseload. The marketing engine is already in place, generating a steady stream of divorce-ready clients, meaning you’re not expected to network or bring work in yourself.
