Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Online Tutors to support learners academically through engaging and effective online lessons. The ideal tutor should be able to explain concepts clearly, adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles, and help learners build confidence and improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online tutoring sessions aligned with the CAPS/IEB curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual learner needs
• Explain concepts clearly and encourage conceptual understanding (not rote learning)
• Support learners with homework, tests, assignments, and exam preparation
• Track learner progress and provide regular feedback to parents/management
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging online learning environment
