As an RN on the Home Care Team, you will deliver the best possible care to patients in the comfort of their own homes within the West of I-77 Service area. In this role, you will provide assessments, complex treatments and education to help avoid readmissions to the acute care setting and ensure comfort. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, all while changing the lives of your patients and their loved ones every day.

**A caregiver in this position works varying shifts, with 48 hours/six-week period, weekend and holiday requirements. Orientation is 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8a-5p. Orientation can be flexible to 3 days per week.**
