PRN Registered Nurse - Acute Rehab - Day/Night

RN - Acute Rehabilitation Unit

+ 17 bed unit
+ Utilizes nursing and physical medicine therapies in the trans-disciplinary team approach to family-centered care
+ Interdisciplinary approach to Performance Improvement, Education, Policy/Procedure and Delivery of Care
+ Resources and support for advanced training and certification in Rehabilitation Nursing
+ PRN - will need to work a min of 24 hours off shift per 6 week schedule
+ 12 hour day/evening/night
+ Weekend and Holiday as needed
+ Shift and Weekend Differential Eligibility

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing and coordinating the care of patients through the use of the nursing process: assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Included is recognition and treatment of the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population group served on the specific unit.
