Procedure Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced
Procedure Scheduler
with a strong background in
Gastroenterology
to support a high-volume GI practice. This role is responsible for coordinating endoscopic and related GI procedures from start to finish, ensuring accurate scheduling, patient readiness, and seamless communication between patients, providers, and facilities.

The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, patient-focused, and highly proficient in EPIC EMR
, with a solid understanding of GI procedures and pre-procedure requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule GI procedures including, but not limited to, colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, and other endoscopic procedures
• Coordinate procedure dates, times, locations, and physician availability
• Review provider orders for accuracy and completeness prior to scheduling
