As a Process Engineer, you are the driving force behind improvements in our processes. You help teams work according to the principles of continuous improvement, identify opportunities, and turn these into concrete improvement projects. You never do this alone, but always in close collaboration with colleagues from different departments.

You will join our Continuous Improvement team, consisting of a CI Manager and three colleagues. You start the week together, after which you have a lot of freedom to organize your own work. No two days are the same: in the morning you might be on the shop floor helping a team optimize their workplace, and in the afternoon you could be presenting your improvement plan to management.
