Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping and Digital Transformation:

  • End-to-End Mapping: Design visual blueprints of all Academy projects, from learner recruitment and SETA registration to EISA (External Integrated Summative Assessment) and certification

  • QCTO/SETA Integration: Map regulatory compliance checkpoints into the digital workflow to ensure no Evidence of Competence is missed

  • Automation: Use Google AppSheet and Apps Script to automate manual data entry, learner tracking, and document submissions

  • AI Implementation: Leverage Gemini for Google Workspace to analyze quality reports and audit findings for rapid gap identification
    • Agile Project Management:
  • Sprint Planning: Organize compliance and QA tasks into 2-week agile sprints to ensure accreditation renewals and SETA uploads are never late

  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate Retrospectives between the QA and Compliance teams to optimiz...
