Process Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and support organizational goals.

BASIC RELATIONSHIP

• Reports to: IT Department Head
• Coordinates with: Users, Business Analysts, SysDev and 3rd Party vendors/suppliers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process Analysis and Documentation

• Conduct end-to-end assessment of existing business processes across departments
• Document current-state processes using flowcharts, diagrams and standard methodologies

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, pain points and compliance risk

• Process Improvement

• Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and improve productivity
