Process and Innovation Officer

The Process and Innovation Officer leads the identification and deployment of innovation initiatives that drive employee engagement, ideation, and the implementation of improvement projects to ensure the organization achieves its business and operational strategies. Central to this role is the development of business process engagement programs and capability-building initiatives designed to enable Process Excellence.

By ensuring that robust processes are established, executed consistently, and deliver desired results, this role fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
