Process Architect

• Analyze and map business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Document workflows, procedures, and maintain accurate process repositories
• Design and implement optimized processes to improve efficiency, cost, and productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to drive process improvements and system integration
• Monitor performance, support change management, and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

·       Experience must be related to Insurance industry
