Process Artisan

Overall Responsibility: The key purpose of this role is to ensure optimum utilization of the Packaging plant by Operating and Maintaining a specific process in the plant, and the execution of maintenance and asset care activities in support of the Brewery and ensure sustainability within the business.

Focus Area 1

Machine/Process area operation

• Operate Machine/Process according to standard operating procedure (SOP's).
• Execute Daily schedules: Production and Maintenance
• Owner of the performance of the assigned machine/process area
• Ensure process quality and productivity
• Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Carry out autonomous maintenance in process area
• Adherence to basic hygiene and food safety related rules and activities as per policies
• Actively participate in shift meetings, asking questions to test understanding and contributing suggestions. making use of the action logs ...
