 Inbound calling profile for international client 
 Answering calls primarily in Telugu language and secondary in English or Hindi 
 Provide excellent customer service to callers pertaining to business requirement 
  Experience:   
 6 months+ experience in BPO Voice process 
  Education Requirement (Mandate)   
 Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply 
  Mandatory Profile Requirements (Competencies & Skills)    
 Good communication skills 
 Good Customer service Skills 
 Confident and determined approach
