Process Automation Analyst (SharePoint & Workflows)

We are looking for a technically capable Process Automation Analyst (SharePoint & Workflows) to design, build and support digital solutions that streamline and automate business processes across the AVI Group.

This role sits at the intersection of business process analysis, workflow automation and platform enablement. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to translate operational needs into well-governed, scalable automation solutions; with a strong emphasis on SharePoint,

Workflow Platforms and ITSM-aligned processes .

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex, manual processes into practical, well-structured digital workflows that improve how people work.
