For a major client project in Basel, we are looking for a:

Process Automation Engineer

You will act as the technical bridge between process engineering and automation, ensuring that automation strategies fully reflect process intent and GMP requirements — from design through commissioning and qualification.

• Translate process requirements into robust automation concepts and control strategies
• Develop and configure DCS solutions (Siemens PCS7 and/or Emerson DeltaV)
• Define control loops, modules, sequences, and alarm strategies
• Review P&IDs, 3D models, and skid documentation to ensure automation readiness
