Leads the Constrain Management for assure flow and quality and direct responsibilities to each member creating an accountability environment.
- Leads the execution of Maintenance plans optimizing resources need it and closely works with CMMS (Maximo MFM) system in order to preserve and support the Maintenance Management policy (MOS)
- Lead and coordinate a world-class maintenance excellence techniques and continuous improvement initiatives that increase the overall reliability, taking care of resources and budget.
- Manage and control the operation of the maintenance function and inspections so that it operates efficiently and within the agreed budget limits.
- Supervises production and maintenance tasks assigned according to established quality guidelines, specifications, and safety requirements
