Process Control Lead: Quality, Optimization & Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

1. To implement process control methodology for quality improvement & process optimization.
2. To back up data from DCS for product trending traceability for the purpose of trouble shooting.
3. To investigate the Root Cause of any Reject Product case, prepare Reject Product report and liase with relevant Department for Corrective Action.
4. To support Technical in monitoring in Production or Pilot Plant of new product/raw material.
5. To lead and liase with other Dept. and contractor for improvement in process or machine.
