Process Control Supervisor

Duties / Responsibilities

1. Coordination and Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between production, shipping, quality, and Customers in day-to-day operation to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure customer products are accurately prepared, processed, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate and coordinate sample processing activities between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on damaged carton investigation, report the incidents to Customer and follow up on disposition from Customer.
• Ensure products are put on-hold both physical and system when there is receiving and/or outgoing discrepancy and/or nonconformances and communicate to Quality department.

2. Inspection and Supervision

• Supervise Process Control Inspectors and leader during pre- and post-processing inspections.
• Review inspection and processing records promptly to ensure compliance with standards.
