Process Control Supervisor

General Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between production, shipping, quality, and Customers in day-to-day operation to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure customer products are accurately prepared, processed, and meet quality standards.

Communicate and coordinate sample processing activities between customers and internal stakeholders.

Follow up on damaged carton investigation, report the incidents to Customer and follow up on disposition from Customer.

Ensure products are put on-hold both physical and system when there is receiving and/or outgoing discrepancy and/or nonconformances and communicate to Quality department.

Inspection and Supervision

Supervise Process Control Inspectors and leader during pre- and post-processing inspections.

Review inspection and processing records promptly to ensure compliance with standards.
