Job description:
Purpose of the Role
The Process Controller – Storage & Distribution (Nitrates) is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of nitrate storage, handling, and distribution processes. The role ensures product integrity, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and continuity of supply to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Control
Monitor and control storage and distribution processes for nitrate products via DCS/SCADA and field operations.
Ensure correct loading, unloading, transfer, and storage of nitrate materials in accordance with operating procedures.
Coordinate product movements between production units, storage tanks, warehouses, and dispatch points.
Identify and respond to process deviations, alarms, and abnormal conditions.
