Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support and streamline key operational workflows across departments. The role involves coordinating processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs, monitoring performance metrics, and enabling smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and monitor operational processes across multiple teams.


Ensure adherence to SOPs, timelines, and quality parameters.


Track workflow status, escalate delays, and follow up with stakeholders.


Assist in preparing MIS reports, process improvement trackers, and documentation.
