Objective of the Position

The objective of the position is to further develop, industrialize, and sustainably stabilize production-related process technologies for injection molding and lasering processes. The role acts as a technical expert and production-oriented process owner, ensuring robust, capable, and standardized manufacturing processes throughout development, acquisition, industrialization, and series production, while supporting the company’s strategic, quality, cost, and performance targets.

• Adaption of development and production topics in process development for injection molding and lasering technologies according to SEP guideline.
• Creation and further development of documentation (e.g. process data acquisition, mind map, validation plan, continues data recording during the development phase.
