We are looking for Process / Development Engineer

Job Description:

• Drives / generates programs geared toward improvement in yield and quality for manufacturing needs.
• Solves major technical chronic problems by addressing underlying root cause affecting yield and quality
• Manages the process through quick disposition on non-conformance attributed to process, material defect or machine trouble and conducts in-depth analysis to characterize failures in terms of extent of damage.
• Recommends revision of design of existing materials to fit most with the requirements or proven defect-oriented and or potential problem observed for smooth future assembly.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of engineering course.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in Front of Line or End of Line Process
• Knowledgeable in assembly operations, project management, with collaborative influence.
