Job Description

Role Purpose
Provides technical and fundamental understanding for products and process attributes. Reviews experiment designs, conducts experiments and reviews results against customer specifications and potential for cost reduction, process improvements, etc. for the business. Recognized as an expert in an area of science or technology. Documents and communicates project or experiment results. Provides the analytical tools to support business projects, manufacturing sites and competitive analysis
Key Responsibilities
Develops and applies key fundamental knowledge to critical product attributes and impact on production process

Assists in assessing root cause and long term issues with manufacturing upsets

Designs and runs experiments, analyzes the data, and gives inputs and recommendations based on findings

Maintains and operates state of art lab
