My client is one of the global specialty foundry group that manufactures analog and mixed-signal semiconductor devices. They are currently looking for a Principal Process Development Engineer with wafer fabrication experience to join their team in Sarawak
Your new role
• To plan, develop and implement individual / organizational development plan of PD module MBOs.
• Focus will be on Back End Of Line (BEOL) development - from SILICIDE through CONTACT, METALISATION and PASSIVATION loops.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience and understanding of wafer fabrication processes
Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in Process Development, NPI, R&D, or any equivalent function
Must be able to be stationed in Sarawak
