Job Description

The Process Digitalization & Technology Enablement Lead is responsible for accelerating Globe's shift from manual, human-dependent operations to digital-first, data-driven processes. This role ensures that process excellence is powered and sustained by technology through the management of enterprise-wide process tools, automation, AI, and process mining capabilities. The position serves as the strategic bridge between Process Governance & Enablement, Information Systems Group (ISG), and business process owners, ensuring that technology adoption translates into measurable business value, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
