The Process Digitalization & Technology Enablement Lead is responsible for accelerating Globe’s shift from manual, human‑dependent operations to digital‑first, data‑driven processes. This role ensures that process excellence is powered and sustained by technology through the management of enterprise‑wide process tools, automation, AI, and process mining capabilities. The position serves as the strategic bridge between Process Governance & Enablement, Information Systems Group (ISG), and business process owners, ensuring that technology adoption translates into measurable business value, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
