We are looking for a systematic and detail-focused Process Documentation Specialist to join our automotive operations team. Your primary mission will be to map, document, and standardize all our key automotive processes. The end goal is to create a central, easy-to-understand knowledge base that enables seamless training for new hires and ensures consistent operations. You will be the architect of our procedural clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview subject matter experts (SMEs), observe workflows, and analyze existing materials to fully understand end-to-end automotive processes.
• Create clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and process maps for various departments (e.g., Parts & Service, Vehicle Logistics, Sales Operations, Customer Support, Inventory Management).
