process engineer

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in electronics/telecommunications manufacturing, refurbishment, or repair and assembly environment.
Hands-on experience in assembly, testing, rework, and repair of telecommunication or electronic devices.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, SPC, and basic Six Sigma tools.
Familiarity with ESD controls, production line setup, and electronic testing processes.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, process drawings, and technical documents.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up or ramp-up manufacturing environment.
