About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our production team in Beijing plant.
What you can look forward to as Process Engineer:
Create and optimize work instruction, FMEA, CP and related SAP data.

Arrange trial and standard produce of new production and define standard work time with related department.

Analyze the quality problem with fish bone chart,5-why, find the root cause and make measures.

Maintain the equipment, fixture and spare part, purchase auxiliary material.

Optimize production process to improve the production efficiency.

Design and improve fixture to give better support to production.

Lead 8D project, new product project and cost down project.

Responsible for regular technical training.

Perform other duties as ass...
