Job Description

Our client is a world leader in the manufacturing of Automotive parts.
The Process Engineer will be reporting directly to the Thai Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Ensuring safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new processes, and plant developments.
Identifying continuous improvement projects by working with local management, and proposing changes in working practices through a lean manufacturing approach.
Providing technical support to all production operation staff in resolving process variations leads to reducing quality complaints and plant performance improvements.
Ensuring all subordinates are fully briefed, counseled, trained, and developed to meet department and group objectives specifically in line with the company improvement program.
Complying with an employee manual and all company rules and regulations.
