Process Engineer / Chemical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer/Process Engineer to join a growing engineering firm specializing in industrial chemical processing facilities. This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing chemical processes for clients in industries such as phosphate, fertilizer, and heavy industrial plants. Candidates must have strong technical expertise, the ability to work on multiple projects, and excellent collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop mass/energy balances, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and P&IDs.

Perform process equipment sizing and specifications (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, reactors, etc.).

Conduct pipe flow modeling, control valve sizing, and PRV/PSV design.

Utilize AutoCAD for design modifications (Plant 3D a plus).

Prepare technical reports, FEL studies, and cost estimates.
