+ Author and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and Work Instructions (SOPs, JIS).
+ Define process parameters, CTQs, and capability targets (Cp/Cpk) for critical operations.
+ Lead DOE, MSA (GR&R), and capability studies; interpret results and permanently integrate controls.
