Duties & Responsibilities

• 5-10 years work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with accountability for processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Project management skills; in-depth problem solving and analytical skills.
• IT Systems; calculations.
• Knowledge of the optical industry.
• Contribute to technical pilots in the lab (new technology, new products).
• Oversee the implementation of process improvements by working closely with managers, team leaders, and employees; train staff on processes, best practices, and technical standards.
