Process Engineer (Expatriate to Mexico)

This position requires initial training at the Wistron office in Hsinchu, Taiwan for 2-3 weeks , then will be expatriated to the Wistron Mexico (Juárez). Expatriate benefits and allowances will be provided.

Wistron Mexico primarily focuses on server products. Due to the impact of geopolitical factors and tariff policies, the demand for manpower will continue to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of products during the trial production phase of new products.
• Evaluation and improvement of NUDE/DFX/PFMEA during the new product phase.
• Leading the analysis and verification of issues related to testing failures, and implementing countermeasures.
• Assisting EE/RD in understanding factory conditions and proposing improvement suggestions.
• Assisting the production and quality departments in improving yield rates.
• Verification and implementation of changes in ECN/ECR firmware and hardware.
