Process Engineer for Industrialization & NextGen Aircrafts – Composite Manufacturing

Job Description: Join our Manufacturing Technologies team to lead the critical industrialization phase of advanced composite components at the Illescas Plant. While we are part of a global R&T network, this specific role is focused on the execution, scale-up, and operational excellence of new industrialization programs. You will be responsible for defining, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes for composite structures, bridging the gap between engineering design and shop-floor reality to ensure processes involving Layup (FPM/AFP), Hot Debulking, and Curing are robust, efficient, and meet quality standards.
