Process Engineer for Industrialization & NextGen Aircrafts - Composite Manufacturing

Overview

Join our Manufacturing Technologies team to lead the critical industrialization phase of advanced composite components at the Illescas Plant. This role focuses on the execution, scale-up, and operational excellence of new industrialization programs, bridging engineering design and shop-floor realities to ensure robust, efficient manufacturing processes for composite structures.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization & Process Setup: Lead the industrialization of composite manufacturing lines at the Illescas site, aligning with program goals for production rate, recurring costs, and quality.
• Define and qualify manufacturing processes with a primary focus on Layup technologies (FPM/AFP) and Hot Debulking.
• Oversee the end-to-end composite cycle, including bagging, autoclave cure cycles, debugging/demoulding, and subsequent trimming and drilling operations.
