Process engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our engineering team in Fresnillo
Improve production flows and systems.

Your responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process development and optimization
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Improve scrap rate, efficiency, and product quality
• Create and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and validation protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical support

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering or technical equivalent
• 2–4 years' experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with quality core tools and validation practices
• Fluent in English; collaborative, team-oriented mindset
