PROCESS ENGINEER (FTC) – AUCKLAND PARK – GAUTENG

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and optimise business processes across the project value chain.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture AS-IS processes, business rules, and control points.

• Design TO-BE processes using process engineering principles to support standardisation, efficiency, and improved service delivery.

• Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and rationalisation opportunities.

• Develop BPMN process models and supporting artefacts (process maps, SIPOC, RACI, SOPs).

• Translate optimised processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements for digital enablement.

• Support governance, compliance, audit inputs, and change management activities.

• Collaborate with business, ICT, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and traceability.
