As a member of the Engineering/Maintenance team, the Chemical Engineer will be responsible for co-development of manufacturing processes to meet business needs and timelines. You will develop and evaluate available technology and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement and improvement of existing manufacturing process as well as be responsible for operation of pilot plants, and collect and analyze the data for commercial plant design. The Chemical Engineer will track plant process performance, assist production department to resolve process problems efficiently, and establish bench-scale platform to obtain key process parameters for scale-up purpose.
