Job Description
Enhance production efficiency as a Process Engineer within Water Operations. Collaborate within a dynamic team and lead process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
This role reports to the Senior Engineering Supervisor and requires a degree in Engineering. With 3-5 years of heavy industry experience, you will analyze data, develop test plans, and coach junior staff. A firm understanding of process engineering fundamentals is essential to drive impactful changes and foster best practices in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Lead daily plant walkthroughs and critical process checks
• Engage with operational staff for leadership and guidance
• Analyze project data for effective troubleshooting
