Process Engineer Intern

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manufacturing PE Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced improvement professionals in FMCG manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will contribute to eliminating losses and wastes, increasing the production line stability, and improving efficiency to support the transition of traditional line teams to semi-autonomous teams.


Main Responsibilities :

+ Assist Waste and Loss Elimination according to the line prioritization

+ Assist in Creating Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line

+ Participate and assist the execution in the development and delivery of improvement programs and projects

+ Contribute to the data collection and visualization for production teams

+ Work with cross-functional teams to promote culture of Kaizen and continuous improvement
