Process engineer

Purpose of the role

To support the industrialisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a high‑technology production environment by developing efficient, scalable, and compliant production solutions. The role is responsible for process design, validation, production readiness, and ongoing process support to ensure manufacturability, quality, throughput, and lifecycle sustainability across opto‑mechatronic products and systems.

Qualifications and experience Minimum BEng Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering. Relevant experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis within a manufacturing or industrialisation environment. Exposure to manufacturing processes and industrialisation principles.
