Job Description
Design, optimize, and control manufacturing processes for the production of pest control traps, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, cost reduction, and compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and document work instructions and operating procedures.
Conduct time and motion studies.
- Balance production lines to optimize resources.
Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing).
- Reduce waste and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards in processes.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
Validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams.
- Train operational personnel on new processes or improvements.
