About the Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer who specializes in automotive paint operations. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal paint process performance, quality consistency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire automotive paint process — from Pretreatment to Clearcoat stages.
• Conduct and lead paint defect analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure consistent paint quality control in line with Chery's global standards.
• Oversee paint material and chemical handling, ensuring safe and efficient usage.
